The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series,
established in 2009 and created by Red Bull, is an annual international series of cliff diving events
in which a limited number of competitors determine the Cliff Diving World
Series winner.Divers jump from a platform at a height ranging from
26–28 m. Competitions are held in a limited number of places around the
world. This year it has taken place in: Cortagen (Colombia), La Rochelle (Francia), Fort Worth (EEUU), Copenhagen (Dinmark), Azores S.Miguel, Mostar (Bosnia-Hezergovina) and Polignano a Mae (Italia).
After visiting 23 countries in 7 years, the fiftieth competition of the "Red Bull Cliff Diving" is going to take
place in Bilbao, Spain. However, it isn’t the first time that Red Bull Cliff Diving takes place in Bilbao. It was also held last year. The winners were: 1st Artem Silchenko (RUS); 2ndGary Hunt (GB); 3rd Kris Kolamie (POL). This year's favourite possible winners are Gary Hunt and Orlando Duque.
Bilbao has been a commercial nucleus since the XIV century; It has experimented an intense industrialization and has begun a process of social, economic and aesthetic revitalization with its iconic Guggenheim museum. The competitors will jump from the bridge ‘La Salve’, next to the museum, to the tidal river Nervión (72km).

This year the show will be on the
26th September, Saturday, from 14:00 to 16:00. The competitors will

What a enjoying activity! I went to see it with some friend and I remember havign a good morning watching the jumps. It was a luck that we could see it in our city.
